We’ve mentioned and seen plenty of negative reviews about Home River Group‘s maintenance workers. They seem to do the bare minimum, then turn around and charge renters a premium. In this review below, a tenant was forced to shower at a hotel because maintenance wouldn’t fix a plumbing issue.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management here isn’t good. I’ve had multiple issues with them not emptying the trash for weeks. To now having to go to a hotel to take a warm shower paying from my pocket since they can’t even help with that either. Water heater has been down since Tuesday and still issue hasn’ t been resolved. They need to replace the water heater since it’s broken. Mind you I have four little ones in the home and they have tried to help or accomade at all.

Talk about customer service. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.
