Making a Turn for the Better

In a surprising move, it looks like Home River Group is starting to implement changes based on feedback from its tenants and homeowners. We’re not sure if it’s this site or their reviews on Google that have caused the change, but it’s great to finally see things changing for the better.

In particular, it seems as if one property manager is spearheading changes at this company. Kasey Moynier, we applaud your efforts to make a difference and turn this company’s reputation around.

“He has been particularly helpful—always quick to respond. He says what he’s going to do and then follows through. if he doesn’t know the answer to a question, he finds it. Problems are taken care of in an effective and timely manner. Best property management individual and we’ve ever been involved with.”

This statement is not like any other review we’ve collected from renters or homeowners, and we’re glad to see it. While several of you have had negative experiences with Home River Group’s Salt Lake City and its property managers, we would love to see that change.
